  　　中油五洲石油进出口有限公司始建于2004年，是经国家工商总局核准、北京市工商局登记注册主营石油进出口代理（原油、成品油及燃料油）的公司，是国家商务部对外贸易经营者备案登记的外贸公司，是国际货运代理备案企业。代理运输方式为：海运、空运、陆运。公司获2009年成品油非国营贸易进口允许量及成品油非国营贸易经营企业备案资格。公司与国内有原油、成品油及燃料油经营资质的公司合作进口油品，供应国内或转口国外市场。

　　本公司自2004年组建以来，聘请中国石油天然气集团公司、中国石油化工集团公司相关专家和国内具有国家科技进步奖获奖人士为公司经营出谋划策。公司与上海、福建、广东、宁夏、四川等省市有成品油批发经营资质和有炼油资质的企业合作进口油品贸易，开展了储存等项目，为美国DAICOM LLC公司代理进口燃料油17万吨，转口10万吨柴油。

　　Since established in 2004, the company seeks advice from hired experts from CNPC, Sinopec etc. and those awarded national scientific advancement at home to promote company's operation. It cooperates with enterprises qualified to operate product oil wholesale and those qualified to conduct oil refining from Shanghai , Fujian , Guandong, Ningxia , Sichuan etc. on oil import trade such as program about oil storage etc. and serves as an agent of American DAICOM LLC for importing 170,000 tons of fuel oil as well as transshipment for.100,000 tons of diesel.

　　本公司今年为用户签订代理进口180万吨燃料油、柴油40万吨合同。公司与英国、俄罗斯、马来西亚、美国等大型油品供应商落实的货源进行合作进口及转口。公司与有存储资质条件的企业、港口、铁路合作进行仓储运输、经销石油机械设备、各类货物的进出口项目。

This year, the company signed import agency contract for clients for importing 1.8 million tons of fuel oil, 400,000 tons of diesel. It also implements with major oil suppliers from Britain , Russia , Malaysia , America on oil import and transshipment through cooperation. It also works with companies, ports and railways with qualification of logistics to operates certain import and export programs concerning transportation and logistics, petroleum machinery equipment and all types of goods.
