| Kekeya condensate field is located in Kekeya structural
belt of Trim basin within Yecheng county, of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous
Region.
Kekeya condensate field was discovered as a result of an industrial
gas flowing found in well Kecan-1 on May 17,1977. By the end of
1998, 27.5 km2 gas-bearing area, an OGIP 292.98¡Á108m3, a recoverable
reserve of 175.73¡Á108m3 , 1442.5¡Á104t gas condensate OOIP and an
OOIP 1623¡Á104t had been proven in Kekeya condensate field. Kekeya
condensate field is regarded as a high abundance condensate gas
field. With a yearly production of 1.68¡Á108 m3 gas and 15.81¡Á104t
oil, the accumulative production had been 59.19¡Á108m3 gas and 204.57¡Á104t
oil as of the end of 1998.
