公司下属的管道科技中心科研力量雄厚，管道专业人才门类齐全，现有博士生4名，研究生21名，大学以上学历人员占科研人员总数的90%以上。拥有管道核心技术研发能力，高含蜡原油管输工艺、原油流变学研究、管道减阻降凝剂等多项技术在国际油气储运领域居领先地位。
The company has a subsidiary Pipeline Science & Technology Research Center with varied pipeline specialized persons with ability and solid strength of scientific research. There are 4 doctors and 21 masters in the center, and personnel over university education occupy more than 90% of scientific research personnel sum. It possesses key technical capability on pipeline scientific research. The many-items technologies researched in the center such as pipeline transporting technique of high-wax crude oil, research of crude oil rheology, drag reducer and depressant of the pipeline, etc. have occupied the leading position in the field of international oil and gas storage and transportation.
